Albert Carey

International Pain Management Specialist

Dr. Carey is a double board certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management Physician.

He earned his MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his residency training in anesthesiology at the University of Mississippi, where he earned the award for being the top performing fellow.

Dr. Carey pursued a career in pain management as he recognized the importance of reducing pain and restoring quality of life. His primary goals are getting patients back to their desired level of activity, whether that be enjoying time with their friends, children or grandchildren, playing golf or simple daily activities.

Andre Michael Samuel

Dr. Samuel grew up in Houston in the Clear Lake City area. He went on to study Economics and Finance at Baylor University graduating in the inaugural class of the Baylor Business Fellows. He next attended Yale School of Medicine graduating with honors. Dr. Samuel then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, annually recognized by the U.S. News and World Report as the #1 hospital for orthopedic surgery. He then gained additional expertise in orthopedic spine surgery at the prestigious Rothman Orthopedic Institute in Philadelphia. During this time covered one of the nation’s busiest spinal cord injury centers at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, treated professional athletes under the world-famous Alexander Vaccaro MD (President of Rothman Institute and Team Physician for Philadelphia Eagles [NFL] and Philadelphia 76ers [NBA]), and served as an assistant clinical instructor to orthopedic residents. Dr. Samuel also has over 70 peer-reviewed scientific articles, book chapters, lectures, podium presentations, and poster presentations during his career.

Allison M. Rathmann

Allison Rathmann DO is a highly experienced and qualified neurosurgeon who practices in Webster, Texas. She graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. She also did a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Rathmann has published several papers and presented at various conferences on topics related to pediatric neurosurgery She is passionate about providing compassionate and personalized care to her patients and their families.

Harsha V. Ganga

Dr. Harsha V. Ganga is a distinguished Cardiac Electrophysiologist based in Houston, Texas, with a comprehensive educational and professional background. He commenced his medical education at Andhra Loyola College in India, transitioning to Manipal University where he earned his MBBS degree. Pursuing further specialization, Dr. Ganga completed a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by an Internal Medicine Residency at Baptist Health System.

His passion for cardiology led him to complete a Preventive Cardiology Fellowship and a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Brown University. Dr. Ganga further honed his expertise in his field by undertaking an Electrophysiology Disease Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts.

Professionally, Dr. Ganga has held positions as a Cardiac Electrophysiologist at Ascension Sacred Heart in Florida and is currently practicing at the Cardiac Rhythm Center in Webster, Texas. His experience also includes roles in hospital medicine and academia, where he has been recognized multiple times for his teaching excellence and compassionate care.

Board certified in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, Adult Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Disease, and Cardiac Electrophysiology, Dr. Ganga is licensed to practice in multiple states including Florida and Massachusetts. His career is decorated with accolades such as the Spirit of Compassion Award and multiple Teacher of the Year awards.

Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Ganga enjoys reading history and autobiographies, running, listening to audiobooks, playing soccer with his sons, and traveling. His dedication to both his patients and personal growth exemplifies his commitment to excellence in cardiac care and personal wellness.
