Jeremy C. Wang

Dr. Wang enjoys taking time to get to know his patients to get a full understanding of their problems. This allows him to present the appropriate treatment options for their symptoms. Conservative, non-surgical treatments are typically explored first. If these fail or if patients suffer more urgent neurological conditions, surgical options are discussed. Dr. Wang takes great joy in helping relieve his patient’s pain and return them to the quality of life and activities they desire. As a testament to Dr. Wang’s skill, many local health care professionals choose Dr. Wang to perform their neurological surgeries.

Dr. Wang has significant experience performing the most advanced, up-to-date techniques currently available for spine surgery.  These include minimally invasive spine surgery, artificial disc implantation, and kyphoplasty. Dr. Wang completed his neurosurgery residency at Cornell University, where he served as Chief Resident in Neurosurgery. The residency program included several years spent at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Dr. Wang also served as Neurosurgery Chief Resident. After residency, Dr. Wang underwent a complex spine surgery fellowship with one of the foremost spine surgeons in the world, Dr. Regis Haid in Atlanta, GA.  During fellowship, Dr. Wang performed research and published articles on many of the advanced spine surgery techniques available today.  Dr. Wang continues this academic pursuit by teaching advanced spine surgery techniques to other surgeons nationally.

Some of the neurological conditions that Dr. Wang treats include: neck and back pain, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, spinal cord compression,  spondylolisthesis, vertebral fractures, spinal tumors, carpal tunnel syndrome, and cubital tunnel syndrome.
