Benjamin Metz

Dr. Benjamin Metz graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. He then moved to Fort Worth and completed medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.

After graduating from medical school, he returned to Houston to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Thereafter, he completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the same institution, during which he served as Chief Cardiology Fellow. Dr. Metz stayed with the University of Texas for one additional year for sub-specialty training in Interventional Cardiology.

Thanh A. Nguyen

Dr. Nguyen received his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. His areas of care include endourology/stone disease, female urology and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Matthew D. Hoggatt

A Houston native, Dr. Hoggatt received his Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity University in San Antonio and graduated from medical school at the University of Texas in Houston in 2001. His research on renal transplant medications was presented in Dublin, Ireland, in 2004 at the South Central Section of the American Urologic Association conference. Some of his areas of specialization include urologic oncology, endourology/stone disease, robotic applications in urology, prosthetics.

Douglas Dow

Dr. Dow’s areas of interest include urologic oncology, stone disease/endourology, and voiding dysfunction. He performs robotic assisted laparoscopic urologic surgery that reduces hospital stays and recovery time.

Nathaniel L. Barnes

Dr. Barnes has a special interest in treating Neurourology-urodynamics/voiding dysfunction, endourology/stone disease, and female urology. He also cares for patients suffering from male infertility.
