Dr. Harsha V. Ganga is a distinguished Cardiac Electrophysiologist based in Houston, Texas, with a comprehensive educational and professional background. He commenced his medical education at Andhra Loyola College in India, transitioning to Manipal University where he earned his MBBS degree. Pursuing further specialization, Dr. Ganga completed a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by an Internal Medicine Residency at Baptist Health System.
His passion for cardiology led him to complete a Preventive Cardiology Fellowship and a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Brown University. Dr. Ganga further honed his expertise in his field by undertaking an Electrophysiology Disease Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts.
Professionally, Dr. Ganga has held positions as a Cardiac Electrophysiologist at Ascension Sacred Heart in Florida and is currently practicing at the Cardiac Rhythm Center in Webster, Texas. His experience also includes roles in hospital medicine and academia, where he has been recognized multiple times for his teaching excellence and compassionate care.
Board certified in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, Adult Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Disease, and Cardiac Electrophysiology, Dr. Ganga is licensed to practice in multiple states including Florida and Massachusetts. His career is decorated with accolades such as the Spirit of Compassion Award and multiple Teacher of the Year awards.
Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Ganga enjoys reading history and autobiographies, running, listening to audiobooks, playing soccer with his sons, and traveling. Jacob Weinberg, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with expertise in pediatric orthopedic surgery. He specializes in the care of fractures, sports injuries, scoliosis, bone & joint infections, clubfoot, and hip dysplasia.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and his medical degree at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Weinberg completed his surgical internship and orthopedic residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and his fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at Boston Children’s Hospital, affiliated with Harvard University. He then pursued his fellowship in spine surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, a teaching hospital of Harvard University.
Dr. Weinberg focuses his treatment on children and adolescents with orthopedic conditions and is board-certified with a fellowship specific to pediatric orthopedics. He believes in simple, straightforward solutions to complex orthopedic problems. Dr. Weinberg’s practice also includes adult orthopedic trauma and adult spine surgery. He performs peer reviews and independent medical examinations (IME) in his spare time.
Dr. Weinberg is a member of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and American Academy of Pediatrics.
He evaluates patients in Clear Lake and Kingwood. He performs scoliosis surgery at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake with the aid of CT-navigation and O-arm™. Dr. Weinberg performs orthopedic surgery at Houston Physicians Hospital, UTMB Clear Lake, Bay Area Surgicare and HCA Houston Clear Lake.

Dr. Jeanna Mascorro is a native Houstonian and graduate of Clear Lake High School. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Dr. Mascorro is married to her college sweetheart and they have three children. She enjoys spending time with family, fishing, boating, kayaking and enjoying the great outdoors and all that Galveston has to offer.
Dr. Mascorro received her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Barry University in Miami, Florida where she also earned a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master of Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Mascorro completed her three year surgical residency at Kingwood Medical Center: Greater Texas Education Foundation and was thrilled to be back in Texas.
During residency, she was extensively trained for three years in forefoot and rearfoot/ankle surgery. Dr. Mascorro specializes in sports medicine, wound care, pediatrics, trauma, limb salvage and diabetic foot care. Dr. Mascorro is a Diplomate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
